Friday = Game Day! Assembly, 10:15 am. Car Show all day! Report back to school by 4:27 pm, depart at 5:00 pm for stadium. Kick Off = 7:00 pm.

Friday = GAME DAY! Bus will depart for Boulder at 2:30 pm. Athletes will be dismissed after 6th hour! Kickoff at Boulder High School, Recht Field, at 7:00 pm.
Saturday = Film 8:27 am.

Saturday = Never Alone 5K at Monument Valley Park North. Athletes will arrive by 7:27 am to warm up and support the cross country team's scrimmage. Athletes will run 5K at 8:00 am. Varsity Film session to follow at DHS. Varsity athletes will support the JV/C-team scrimmage at Vista Ridge High School from 1:00-3:00 pm.
Most Important = Turn in all paperwork to the business office no later than Thursday August 2nd! Pay all fall sport fees to the business office no later than Thursday August 2nd! Set up your athlete on www.arbiterathlete.com Go to website and create an account for your athlete, your athlete can do this themselves but it must be done before August 6th!!! This is a requirement per CHSAA! Your athlete may not participate until all of the above informaiton is completed and verified.
Monday, August 6 = 12:01-1:00 am non-mandatory practice at Wasson High School auxiliary field. We take pride in being the first team in the state to get to work and improve. If your athlete chooses to join they will need their finalized paperwork from the business office plus their emergency card. This will be their ticket to join practice. Spartan Football Attire Only plus Helmets!!! Bring Water!!!
4:00-6:00 pm = First official mandatory practice for the 2018 season. Report to DHS no later than 3:00 pm to get lockers and prepare for practice. Helmets only.
Note: Once your athlete officially begins official practice they are expected to be on time and ready to work! Three unexcused practices will result in dismissal from team.

Friday, August 17 = Varsity Benefit Scrimmage vs. Vista Ridge at Garry Berry Stadium, 6:00 pm Kick Off!
Saturday, August 18 = Never Alone Foundation 5K, 7:30 am!!! More information coming on location and directions. Varsity Film session to follow at DHS. JV/C-Team Scrimmage at Vista Ridge from 1:00-3:00 pm. These athletes must find their own ride to and from Vista Ridge High School.

All summer workouts are not mandatory but highly recommended for keeping our players safe, learning our scheme, and growing the brotherhood of a Spartan.
June 4-6 = UNC Team Camp. Bus will depart Monday morning at 7:00 am out of the east lot. We will return to the east lot on Wednesday around 3:00 pm; could be a little before or after.
June 11-14 = Down time for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and coaches. However, if you would like to get a light workout the weight room will be open from 7:30-9:00 am on those days. We encourage the recovery/down time! Please spend time with your family and friends.
June 18th = We will begin our consistent schedule of opportunities to improve! On day one all attending must arrive at 6:45 am!! The athletes will have a two hour session and learn what group they are in. If there is an issue with work or responsibilities the athlete can attend whichever session works best for them. Communicate these needs with Coach Krum or Coach Hale.
Monday at DHS = Group 1, 6:45 am lift. Group 2, 7:45 am lift. Breakfast will follow provided by D11.
Monday at Garry Berry = Field Work, 5:00-7:00 pm. Helmets/Cleats/Water.

We will be attending the University of Northern Colorado for their team camp. Camp dates are June 4, 5, and 6. Camp fee this year is $200 and $10 for the charter bus, please pay the business office no later than May 18, 2018. Total fee will be $210.00 made payable to Doherty Football.
Pre-Camp practice will begin May 21st and go Monday through Friday from 4:00-6:00 pm at DHS. We will continue pre-camp practice May 29th and go Tuesday through Friday from 5:30-7:30 pm at Garry Berry Stadium.
Summer Lifting Sessions will begin for Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors June 11th. Summer Field Work Sessions will begin June 18th. More information to come.
Freshman will begin their summer field work and weight room sessions June 11th. More information to come.
