Beginner Training Plan

If you are just beginning to get in shape or checking out cross country, this is the plan to use for at the start of your training

Competitive Training Plan

Use this plan if you have been running and are wanting to test yourself, but you aren't quite ready for the extra miles.

Elite Training Plan

Use this training plan if you are in shape, have been putting in 25 miles plus a week already, and are ready to challenge yourself.
