Hello Spartans!

Thank you all for a great week ending with a great win and practice! As was mentioned at the meet Friday there have been some changes this week then originally planned so please look below. 

• Monday 2/22 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm
• Tuesday 2/23 - Eagle Invite / Diving practice 3:30-5:30pm
  • The meet on Tuesday will be just Swimming events at Rampart 
  • Events #1-6 (except diving) will be swam this day. 
  • Warm up will begin at 3:00pm. Swimmers will be released at 2:30pm to arrive at Rampart and ready to swim by 3. 
  • Athletes not competing will have the day off from practice. 
  • Line up will be posted at practice on Monday. 
  • We do not have the ability to have any spectators/volunteers - we will be doing our best to livestream both events. 
• Wednesday 2/24 - Eagle Invite 
  • Swimming events will be held at Rampart, diving will be held at Liberty. Both pools will start at 3pm. Girls will be released at 2:30pm. 
  • Swimmers will have event 7-12 on this day, diving is an 11 dive event. 
  • We do not have the ability to have any spectators/volunteers - we will be doing our best to livestream both events. 
• Thursday 2/25 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm
• Friday 2/26 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm. 

We have two full more weeks left as a team. We need to make the most of it. Can’t wait to continue our successes!
