Freshmen - Last 2 Weeks of Summer Workouts

It's been a great Summer and the boys have learned a lot of the basic fundamentals of Spartan football. We will finish out the summer strong. Get your physicals and football registration paperwork turned in to the Doherty business office starting Tuesday, July 17th. 

We have a few changes to the schedule and weight room workouts the next couple of weeks:

Week of July 16th

Mon - 6:30 - 7:30am - Field Workout
          7:30 - 8:15am - Spartan Card (Fundraiser)
Tue - 6:30 - 7:45am - Field Workout
          7:45am - Breakfast
          9:00 - 10:00am - Weight Room Workout
Wed - 6:30 - 7:45am - Field Workout
          7:45 - Breakfast (head home)
Thu - 6:30 - 7:45am - Field Workout
          7:45am - Breakfast
          9:00 - 10:00am - Weight Room Workout

Doherty Freshmen (C-Squad) Summer Pre-Season Practice Schedule

Starting: Monday, June 11th
Days: Monday - Thursday
Duration: 6 Weeks (6/11 - 7/26)
Holiday: Week of July 2 -6th
Fall Practice Starts: Aug 6th (Midnight)

 

Daily Schedule:

Monday
6:30 - 7:45am Field Workout (Freshmen Coaches)
8:00 - 8:30am Breakfast (DHS)
9:00 - 10:00am Weight Training (Hale)

Tuesday
6:30 - 7:45am Field Workout (Freshmen Coaches)
8:00 - 8:30am Breakfast (DHS)

 Wednesday
6:30 - 7:45am Field Workout (Freshmen Coaches)
8:00 - 8:30am Breakfast (DHS)

Thursday
6:30  - 7:45am Field Workout (Freshmen Coaches)
