Here's this weeks schedule
Monday- Weights and conditioning 11:00-12:30
Wednesday- Open gym 3:30-5:00
Thursday- Weights and conditioning 11:00-12:30
No weights and conditioning this week so enjoy the week off. We will go again Monday July 9th so come back rested and ready to work!
Monday- weights and conditioning, 11-12:30
Tuesday- summer league at Mitchell
Thursday- there will not be weights and conditioning, summer league at Mitchell
Doherty volleyball summer weights and conditioning
Monday’s and Thursdays from 11-12:30
Starting Monday June 11th
Open gyms will be starting the second week of July on Wednesday’s from 3:30-5pm
Tryouts will be either the first week of August Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or the following week same days. Not sure about the times just yet. More info to follow if we will be doing any camps.
